Lewis J. Dorrance’s life journey took him from the vibrant landscapes of Nairobi, Kenya, to an overseas upbringing until his teenage years, when the United States became his new home. His academic pursuits led him to the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where he immersed himself in English and art before delving into the world of healthcare at Duke University.
With an illustrious career spanning three decades, Lewis J. Dorrance, now a valued member of NEO Surgical Group, has passionately served as an orthopedic surgical physician assistant. His wealth of experience shines through, with a profound focus on general orthopedics and, in the past 15 years, a specialization in minimally invasive spine surgery.
For over a quarter-century, Lewis J. Dorrance has called Florida home, where his heart beats for free diving, golf, and the rhythmic tunes of his bass guitar in a cherished local band. At NEO Surgical Group, we’re delighted to welcome Lewis J. Dorrance, confident that his dedication and expertise will contribute to the exceptional care we provide to our patients.
